“I’m here to provide a safe space where every emotion is valued and every step forward is celebrated.”
My Passion
We are not meant to navigate life alone. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside others in their journey, just as others have walked alongside me.
I am especially passionate about working with children and teens, providing a warm and supportive space where they feel heard and valued. Whether they are struggling with anxiety, school stress, family transitions, or self-esteem, I strive to help them build resilience and confidence.
My path to counseling was shaped by both personal experience and the privilege of stepping into others’ lives during pivotal moments. Through volunteering in children’s and teen ministry, working at a pregnancy clinic, and supporting families of children with autism, I have witnessed firsthand the power of compassionate support. Inspired by the impact of my own counselor, I knew I wanted to provide that same guidance to others.
As a Christian, my faith informs my approach—offering empathy, warmth, and encouragement in every session.
My Approach
I believe therapy should be a place of healing, comfort, and growth. My goal is to create a space free of fear, judgment, and shame—where you or your child can show up as you are. Seeking support is a brave and essential part of being human. As Dr. Sue Johnson says, “To be human is to need others, and this is no flaw or weakness.”
Together, we will explore life’s challenges, build resilience, and take meaningful steps toward healing.
You’ll often find me outdoors—biking, walking along the beach, or discovering new restaurants and hidden gems around San Diego with my loved ones.
If you or your child are ready to take the next step, I look forward to meeting you.
