Join a Safe, Supportive Community of Women

This therapy group provides a safe and compassionate space for women to rebuild trust, improve communication, navigate the SA post-disclosure phase, and actively work toward their relationship.

Through guided discussions and exercises, we’ll delve into the ways our post-disclosure experiences have influenced our self-worth, relationships with our partners, connections with others, and coping mechanisms. Together, we will work to break free from negative patterns and learn to develop healthy boundaries, emotional resilience, and the courage to pursue fulfilling lives.

Our online therapy group for women is led by Kristi Mears, AMFT. It’s online every Tuesday at 4:00pm, beginning on June 11th, 2024, for 12 weeks. The group is generally closed to new members after it begins, but there will be an opportunity for new members to join later in the year.

You will need a one-on-one intake session at Kristi’s regular rate if you are not already a client at Integrity Counseling Group. Fees are $75 per 75-minute group session. Call (760) 283-7000 to sign up.
