Join a Safe, Supportive Community of Women

This group is for women who have moved out of the crisis stage of betrayal and are learning to navigate the emotional aftermath. We will learn more about the body/brain connection, naming, honoring, and regulating emotions, and finally, integration of these skills into intimate relationships.

Our online therapy group is led by Kristi Mears, LMFT. It’s online every Wednesday from 10:00 am to 11:20 am, beginning on January 8th, 2025, for 12 weeks. The group is generally closed to new members after it begins, but there will be an opportunity for new members to join later in the year.

You will need a one-on-one intake session at Kristi’s regular rate if you are not already a client at Integrity Counseling Group. Fees are $75 per 75-minute group session. Call (760) 283-7000 to sign up.
