The Hold Me Tight® Workshop for Couples is based on Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and the international best-selling book "Hold Me Tight: 7 Conversations for a Lifetime of Love" by Dr. Sue Johnson.
The Workshop is held at The Cottage Clinic, a peaceful, private, nature retreat in Coastal North County of San Diego.

Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 pm PST
Dr. Diana has been facilitating Hold Me Tight® Couples Workshops for 18 years.
This workshop is suitable for all committed couples. There will be support available to you from myself and my team of EFT therapists if you need it.
The Weekend at the Cottage Clinic is typically limited to 12 Couples and includes Lunch, Workbook, Snacks, and Beverages all weekend. Lodging is not included.
